Woolwich Historic Residence

This home was originally a town hall. The owners decided to sell and needed the floor structure secured. This required putting in concrete footers in the basement and slightly lifting the floor an inch to place wooden and steel support posts underneath. The greenhouse room was refinished and other rooms manicured for the realtor’s showings.
