Law Firm Office Space

Adapting this Portland office space into a lawyer office required several tasks:

• removing the old carpet which was glued down and incredibly tough to rip up
• floor leveling and laying a floating Pergo floor
• painting and trim work
• removing old bathroom vanities and installing new
• removing old customer counter and reframing wall areas to include large Italian double pocket door to create new meeting room
• partitioning existing larger rooms into halves to create extra offices
• make an ADA compliant wheel chair ramp entry and tile the floor area
• hang other doors and shorten all doors for carpet installation
• misc. detailing, baseboard heat added, wiring changes, and window sill and closet changes
