Case Study May 2024:

In a home in Falmouth-Foreside, Maine., a storm caused the basement to be flooded which totally ruined the drywall, flooring, baseboard, and trim. This damage was eventually removed and dried out. At this point T.C. Hafford, specialists in providing quality basement waterproofing, insulation, and foundation repair services, came in and installed a perimeter drain around the entire basement. They set up a triple-safe sump pump system (with battery backup) and dehumidifier. An electrician installed outlets with a backup generator supply and designated outlets. We followed with finishing walls, floor, and ceiling; restoring the space to its original purpose – of providing a fun space for their grandchildren to be in.
