North Street Column Porch
Probably close to completely collapsing this Munjoy Hill multi-story apartment porch was saved. While exploring the damage, we discovered that the two bottom wooden columns were rotten and with no adequate support. Jacking up this situation required special bracing. The structural areas of the deck also required replacement.
