South Portland Bath & Deck Renovation

This bathroom renovation required a complete gutting of the original including the floor joists. Everything needed to be plumb and square. New PVC plumbing was connected to the old cast iron plumbing. The walls and ceiling were properly insulated. A new window, vent fan, and a sliding pocket door were added. Half the walls were tiled and the floor. New fixtures installed and the amazing custom sea shell mirror as the last touches.
