Screen Porch

This homeowner’s issue was that the screen porch window areas weren’t made well. The sills structure didn’t channel water properly and decay was evident. The screen was keeping out flying insects, but during pollen season it would get caked with the stuff. The porch needed to be encapsulated from the weather and made to accept plastic wrapped panels inserted over the screen during the scattering of pollen and other neighboring tree matter.
