Household Basement Renovation
In this Falmouth project, the homeowners offered their labor to keep the cost down. They helped with installing the drop ceiling, painting walls, putting electrical covers on, and cleaning the area. The main issue with this project was that the floors were not level enough for eventual snap-flooring. It had to be made level by using spacers beneath the sub-flooring.
