Basement & Utility/Bath Room
“Will and Tristan are super hard-working, considerate, responsive, transparent, and knowledgeable. From the time we were searching for a contractor and the initial conversations and quotes we could tell they would be great to work with. We had some specific plans that were well understood and when we didn’t have exact plans Will was creative and consultative in coming up with a direction/decision together. The bonus space in our basement will be a place for our kids to enjoy for years to come and our more spacious mudroom and half-bath/laundry room have been a huge improvement to a high-traffic portion of our house. We’ll absolutely be in contact with Maine Renovation for our next phase of home improvements!”

Basement
Renovating a basement and creating a space away from the upstairs rooms where the kids can run around and make as much noise as they want, or where the family can gather to watch a movie is probably the most effectual thing parents can do to protect their sanity.
Mud Room and Utility/Bathroom
No one says you have to accept the layout of a house once you buy it. After living in a space for a while, you might start thinking of how much better you could make it. Simple ideas like, “If I move this wall and take away that one, I will have a better flow and more storage space.” Putting in a pocket door saved some wall space in this case. Having a cubby bench in the mud room made it easy to organize the kids essential gear.
